and www.resource4us.net/websitedisclaimer.html),
based on respect for personal identity and information, by promoting the use of fair information practices.

Information Collection and Use
Information Collection
Resource4Us is the sole owner of the information collected on the site. Resource4Us collects information
from its users at several different points on our site. Because many of the visitors to this site in the
future may be children, we take care that our content is suitable for children. We take special measures
to help children protect their privacy while on-line or while contacting our customer support. For example,
we do not ask children to disclose more personal information than is necessary for them to participate in an
activity or access support, and we take efforts to prevent children from posting any contact information.
See the specific section of our privacy policy devoted to children - Children Privacy Policy.
Registration
In order to become a Member or Subscriber of the Resource4Us Services, a user must first complete the registration
process. During registration a user is required to provide truthful and accurate contact information such as
name, email address, telephone number, home address, a unique username identifier, and financial information
(such as credit card information, billing address, etc.). We use this information to contact the user about
services on our site for which the user has expressed interest and to provide those services and bill user for
the services.
Profile
We store information that we collect through user inputted data, cookies, log files and third parties to create
a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users detailing their
relationship with Resource4Us. Consequently, collected information is tied to the user's personally identifiable
information to improve and make more efficient the user's access and use of the site. This profile is used to
tailor a user's visit to our site, and to potentially direct pertinent marketing promotions and services to them.
We do not share personally identifiable elements of your profile with any other third parties absent your
express consent.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie
is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We may use both session ID
cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply
terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored ont he user's hard drive for an extended period of
time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet Browser help file directions.
By setting a cookie on our site, we are able to automate certain features and/or better provide information
commonly accessed by a user, thus improving the user's interaction with the site. If users reject the cookie,
they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user might be limited in some areas of our
site. Persistent cookies enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience
on our site. See the 'Profile' section above.
Log Files
Like most websites, our servers use log files to analyze trends, administer the stie, track user's movement in the
aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, time/date stamps of access,
etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Clear Gifs
Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the
online movements of webusers. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page
and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are not tied to
users' personally identifiable information.
We may also use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by the recipients.
This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and to document downline use of marketing
services, news and other information from Resource4Us.

new company is added to the portfolio or one is removed, if substantial changes are made to any Resource4Us
policies and procedures, etc. We may contact members and subscribers by email. Members and Subscribers may not

not promotional in nature.

with a judicial proceeding or adminstrative hearing, or other legal process served on our site. For example,
Resource4Us may disclose personal information to law enforcement, other government officials, or third parties
in response to criminal or civil subpoenas. If we do receive a request to disclose a Member's or Subscriber's
personal information, we will notify the Member or Subscriber of such request at the email address or telephone

We use an outside credit card processing company to bill Members and Subscribers for Resource4Us services. These
companies each have their own Privacy Policy in place which states they will not retain, share, store or use
personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Business Transitions
In the event Resource4Us goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company,
or selling a protion of its assets, Members and Subscribers personal information will, in most instances, be part
of the assets transferred. Members and Subscribers will be notified prior to a change of ownership or control of
their personal information. If as a result of the business transition the Members' and Subscribers' personally
identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, Members
and Subscribers will be given a choice not to have their information used in this different manner, as described
in the notification of changes section below.
Choice/Opt-out
Members and Subscribers are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' from having their information used for purposes
not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information. For example, our registration forms
may have an 'opt-in' mechanism if we implement a program asking you for consent to receive promotions according
to your particular interests. Members and Subscribers must proactively choose to receive these promotions.
Members and Subscribers of our site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside
parties. We do this so our Members and Subscribers may make an informed choice as to whether or not they should
proceed with services that require an outside party.
Links
This site may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that Resource4Us is not responsible for the
privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our Members and Subscribers to be aware when they leave
our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable

address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Survey/Poll information will be used for purposes
of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of Resource4Us services. Members and Subscribers personally
identifiable information is not shared with third parties unless we give prior notice and a choice to opt-out.
Though we may use an intermediary to conduct these surveys/polls, they may not use Members and Subscribers
personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Children's Privacy Policy
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). Our goal is to provide a safe
and valuable website, which if visited by children may be used safely and securely in compliance with all laws.
This section of the privacy policy addresses Resource4Us general policy reagarding the following:
- collection of children's personal information
- use of children's personal information
- the method of obtaining parental consent
- the method of obtaining access to the child's information
What type of information does Resource4Us collect from children?
Resource4Us may collect online or via the telephone, contact information from children under the age of
13, in order to respond to a support request from a child. Contact information that is collected, other than
that necessary to verify the Member/Subscriber account and document the support request, will be deleted after a
response is made to the child.
In addition to support requests, Resource4Us may collect online contact information from children under the
age of 13 in order to respond to a specific request from a child or to protect the safety of the child. For
example, Resource4Us may collect online or telephonic contact information to allow a child to sign up for an
online newsletter or receive inforamtion about a Reosurce4Us feature or program. Concurrent with collecting the
contact information, the child will be required to provide either a parent's or guardian's email address and/or a
parent's or guardian's street address so that Resource4Us may send the child's parent or guardian a notice
regarding Resource4Us' childrent online information practices and notice of the request made by the child. The
notice will also allow a child's parent/guardian to revoke or prevent similar future requests by the child.
Resource4Us will not condition a child's participation in an activity on the provision of more information than is
reasonably necessary for the activity.
What does Resource4Us do with this information?
Resource4Us does not rent or sell customer information, including information provided by children, to outside
marketers. In certain circumstances, Resource4Us may use trusted agents or contractors to help us provide
operational or support services to our customers, such as helping us conduct a program, monitor website efficiency
or sending prizes or material to customers. In these cases, we contractually require the agent or contractor to
keep the information confidential in strict compliance with our policy and to use it only for the specific
services they are performing.
How does Resource4Us obtain verifiable parental consent from parents or guardians?
Resource4Us will employ reasonable efforts to obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting information
from a child. Parental or guardian consent may be obtained by some or all of the following methods: (1) submitting
a signed consent form to Resource4Us; (2) by calling an 800# and having the verbal consent recorded; (3) submitting
a credit card number and associated billing information; or (4) by submitting an email message. The method of
parental consent will vary, in Resource4Us' sole discretion, depending upon the specific Resource4Us feature,
program or service. Additional consent mechanisms may be used int eh future. Whenever parental consent is
obtained, the parent or guardian may be asked to choose or be given an identification code so that Resource4Us
may identify and authenticate future requests from that parent or guardian.
How may I review the information that my child provided to Resource4Us?
Parents or guardians whose children have provided information to Resource4Us may review the information provided
by their child by sending an email message to support@resource4us.net.
For verification and security purposes, Resource4Us may request taht such parental requests contain the parent's
or guardian's name and identification code as well as a valid email address, a street address, and/or phone
number. Parents or guardians may also request that Resource4Us delete or change their child's information. If
such a parental request is received, Resource4Us will make all reasonable efforts to timely delete or change
the inforamtion from its files.
Security
Resource4Us takes precaution to protect its Members and Subscribers information. When Members and Subscribers
submit sensitive information via the Resource4Us' website, their information is protected both online and offline.
When our registration/order forms ask Members and Subscribers to enter sensitive information (such as credit card
number, billing information, etc.), that information is encrypted and is protected using industry standard
encryption software (128 bit secure socket layers protocols).
While we use SSL encryption protocols to protect sensitive information online, we also employ security measures to
protect Members and Subscribers information offline. All of our Member and Subscriber information, not just the
sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to
perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, the servers that
store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
Supplementation
In order for Resource4Us to properly fulfill its obligations to Members and Subscribers it is necessary for us to
supplement the information we receive with information from 3rd party sources. Resource4Us may verify the billing
address on all credit card transactions and may obtain credit reports for some customers. The information
obtained from these 3rd party sources is maintained in a manner consistent with Resource4Us's Privacy Policy.
Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a Member's or Subscriber's personally identifiable inforamtion changes (such as zip code, phone, email or
postal address), or if a Member or Subscriber no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update
or delete/deactivate a Member's or Subscriber's personally identifiable information. The easiest method is for
Members and Subscribers to login to their account and then access the profile page to change any personal
information, or they may contact us by email at support@resource4us.net
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our Policy, we will post those changes in this Policy, and other places we deem appropriate,
so our Members and Subscribers are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what
circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which
the information was collected.
If, however, we are going to use the Members' or Subscribers' personally identifiable information in a manner
different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify Members and Subscribers via email. Members and
Subscribers will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. However,
if Members and Subscribers have opted-out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account,
then they will not be contacted, nor will their personal information be used in this new manner. In addition, if
we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect Member and Subscriber information already
stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our site notifying Members and Subscribers of the
change. In some cases where we post a notice we will also email Members and Subscribers, who have otped to receive
communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
